Fresh Italy are a new fast food chain with a healthy mission - all food is coded with the FSA traffic light system
Sushi is not a bad choice for health - certainly it's an easy way to get your seaweed quotient up.
Japanese style take away - tofu often in sugar but sell edamame and seaweed parcels aswell as sushi and token veggie dish.
Mexican can be very healthy if you choose carefully. Head for beans and avocados rather than ground beef.
Indian restaurants can often be the safest option for a wide variety of fresh vegetables. Watch out for ghee and too many carbs from rice, chapattis and naan.
The Hare Khrishna Restaurant cafe - Govindas is worth a visit at least once.

It's really not just dogs on the menu but none recommended so far.
Greek cuisine has been on the health food radar for some time. Stuffed Vine leaves, hummous, vegetable kebabs, lots of salad and fresh veg. What more do you want?
Red veg - fast food - vegetarian alternative to Mcdonalds and Burger King
Leon - pseudo organic healthy mediterreanean menu - great salads in a box - great chocolate

Ital is vital - Rastafarian almost vegan vegetarian food protects the soul - watch out for the goat meat if you are squeamish and it's not Ital.
No comment - i know they have a vegetarian society approved burger but its smothered in cheese so still high levels of saturated fat mixed with too many carbs
