Constipation affects a shameful amount of people in the UK. The cause of constipation can be varied and complicated and involve testing to get to the bottom of things, but for many people the constipation remedy is simply to eat more brocolli and carrots and drink more water.

Meat has no fibre or prebiotics so eating more pre biotic and fibre rich fruit and vegetables is a very good place to start.
